If you find somebody, who is an abusive user, you can block him/her. The admin panel keeps a tab on the flagged and blocked profile and take necessary actions. You can also use this feature to offer to buy a car, or swap parts or arrange an event. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
